When can I book?

  • You can book 12 months in advance

  • Get early access for future sales and events by joining our email list (we promise we wont spam you!)

What days can I check in/out?

  • You can check in/out any day of the week

  • We require a min 2 night stay for all our properties

What time is check-in/check-out?

  • Check- in is 4pm

  • Check- out is 10am

  • We are located in Eastern time zone

How many people can we bring?

  • Black Fern Cabin allows a max of 20 people

  • Blue Fern Cabin allows a max 12 people

Are pets allowed?

  • Black Fern Cabin -Yes…we love to have you bring your furry buddies! Our limit is 2 per stay.

  • We have a few restrictions, please read our rental agreement for more info

  • There is a $250 non-refundable fee for pets

  • Blue Fern Cabin- No pets allowed.

Are kids welcome?

  • Yes!! We are a family of 5 with 3 little girls so we love having kids on the property!

  • We have toys, games, outside activities and the area is stacked with fun things for the entire family!

Are events allowed?

  • Black Fern Cabin-Yes, Micro events are permitted on the property and we have some perks we can offer to help make your event a comfortable success!

  • 20 people Max, with a $250 non-refundable fee applies

  • Blue Fern Cabin- No events are permitted

Do you have Wifi?

  • Yes! We have 500mbps so working remote is a breeze (although you may want to tell your boss the opposite!! )

What is your cancellation policy?

100% refundable 30 days or more adhead of time. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.

50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 day(s) before arrival.
