🔌 How to Turn On the Sauna

Your sauna is equipped with an electric heater and two dials:

    ▶️ Timer Dial (Right Side)

This dial controls when the sauna turns on:

    • To start immediately, turn the dial counterclockwise to “1”. This will turn the heater on for 1 hour.

    • To delay the start, turn the dial clockwise (2–8) to set a future start time (up to 8 hours in advance). After the delay, it will run for 1 hour.

    🌡️ Temperature Dial (Left Side)

    This controls the heat intensity:

    • Turn clockwise toward “max” for hotter sessions (about 180°F / 82°C).

    • Turn counterclockwise toward “min” for a gentler heat.

      Recommended settings for most guests:

    • Timer = “1” (immediate 1-hour use)

    • Temp = Mid to Max

Allow 30–40 minutes for the sauna to fully heat before entering.

    💧 Steam Use (Optional)

    1. Inside, you'll find a wooden water bowl and ladle.

    2. Carefully splash small amounts of water onto the hot sauna rocks.

    3. This will create a short burst of steam for added humidity.

    4. Do not pour excessive water — it can damage the heater.

🧊 Cooling Off & Repeat Sessions

    • Sauna sessions typically last 10–15 minutes.

    • Step outside to cool off, breathe, and hydrate.

    • Repeat for up to 3 rounds — always listen to your body.

    🚨 Safety Reminders

    • Do not touch the heater or stones — they are extremely hot.

    • Always keep the door closed while in use.

    • Children must be supervised at all times.

    • If you feel dizzy or uncomfortable, exit immediately and cool down.
